Who We Are

We are C Talent at Whalar, the most progressive and inclusive Disabled-led talent management & access consulting company.
We represent the world's most sought-after Deaf and Disabled content creators and work with them to increase disability representation, set new accessibility standards, and engage new audiences. Our work is grounded in sustainable, systems-level solutions that also include Deaf and Disabled people, employees, and intersectional perspectives to all strategies and verticals of business planning.

What Does The C in C Talent Stand For?

Disabled people usually do not have access to option A or option B, so we decided to create our own option: C Talent. In addition, C Talent stands for creativity, community, capability, curiosity, and so much more.

Diamond Garrett, a Black woman with long red braids using a wheelchair looks at us with a strong expression and one eyebrow slightly raised. She's wearing a sparkly blue off-the-shoulder crop top with a matching blue mini skirt and crystal face gems worn above one eye and below the other.

Talent Management & Scouting

C Talent represents a roster of incredibly talented artists and creators with a combined reach of over 50 million followers. We have placed talent in thousands of projects with major brands and entertainment companies, including Nike, Fenty, Hulu, Twitter, Disney, Subaru, About-Face, Savage X, and many more.
Influencer advocates Cole Snyder and Charisma Jamison pose as a couple with relaxed and confident expressions. Cole is using a wheelchair and has his arm around Charisma who stands by his side.

Disability Inclusion & Accessibility Consulting

The C Talent consulting team helps organizations put accessibility at the center of every decision, policy, practice, and communication with our systems and design thinking methodology and framework. We work with Fortune 500 companies and emerging innovators to lead at the forefront of national and global efforts to engage Deaf and Disabled communities, employees, and customers. By partnering with clients to shift business models, make, and meet bold Disability Inclusion and Accessibility commitments, we drive community change, and help organizations achieve bottom-line growth.
